RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Bandeaux purchase, so we will happily accept returns or exchanges. Please email us to confirm your return & for postage details. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item, firstly, please let us apologise! We pride ourselves on providing quality handmade products. If the case of a faulty item, we will happily exchange or refund you the full purchase amount. We will also cover the postage for you to return the item. 

IT DOESN'T FIT

We understand how hard it is picking the correct size online. So we have provided a basic size guide for you to check out. We also include details of the product fit in each description. If this didn't help, we will exchange your product for the correct size. In the circumstance that we no longer have your size, a store credit will be provided (valid for 6 months). 

NOT WHAT YOU WERE EXPECTING

We try to include photos & descriptions of all our products, so you know exactly what you are purchasing. If your purchase is not what you were expecting, we will exchange for another product to the same value, or offer a store credit for the value of the product (valid for 6 months).

THE IMPORTANT DETAILS

All postage costs will be at your expense. Except in the case of faulty items. Bandeaux will cover the cost to return a faulty item. We will also refund original postage costs for faulty items, if it was NOT purchased with any other products. 

Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets the Returns Policy, we’ll provide you with the agreed refund, exchange or store credit. If we have any concerns about the returned item, we will contact you via email to discuss further.

 + All returns must be posted within 30 days of purchase.

+ For change of mind or incorrect size, the item must be unworn, unwashed & unused. With all original tags/labels attached. 

+ Gift cards, sample items or sale items are NOT eligible for return if you change your mind.
